资源简介:

We monitored the effect of a morphine deprivation on exploration and social behaviors on mice with the Live Mouse Tracker system (LMT, plugin 931; de Chaumont et al. 2019 Nat. Biomed. Engin.).Prior to any social interaction session, mice were allowed to freely explore the open-field for 15 min (habituation phase). Then, the focal mouse had the opportunity to interact with a conspecific (social interaction phase), of the same age and genetic background, placed in the open-field for 25 min. We conducted experiments on adult male C57Bl6/J mice (>8 weeks old; Charles River) that were housed in groups of 4-5 in a temperature and humidity-controlled room. All experiments were performed during the light period of the circadian rythm. Each sqlite file contains the whole experiment (habituation phase and social interaction phase). We paused the experiment at the end of the habituation phase to introduce the new comer mouse in the open-field. We then unpaused the experiment for the social interaction phase. Results are extracted from the sqlite file for each phase: the 15 first minutes of the experiment for the habituation phase, and the 25 first minutes from the end of the pause of the experiment. Description of the files:Session 0: Before the treatmentSession 1: 24 hours after the last morphine injectionSession 2: 1 week after the last morphine injectionSession 3: 2 weeks after the last morphine injectionSession 4: 3 weeks after the last morphine injectionSession 5: 4 weeks after the last morphine injection The file list_of_animals.csv describes all the recorded animals:- rfid: the number of the radio-frequency chip of the mouse (unique ID)- genotype: WT for wild type- name: the name of the mouse- age: empty- sex: M means male- strain: all mice are C57BL6/J- setup: tempty- treatment: saline or morphine. When empty, the animal is a new comer without treatment
