NoVA Harmonized Zoning Atlas (2026)
收藏资源简介:
Ten separately adopted zoning ordinances, one regional schema: how all 834,456 zoned acres of Northern Virginia are actually classified. The first single-schema zoning layer covering all nine Northern Virginia jurisdictions - 29,614 polygons from Arlington County, Fairfax County (including the towns of Vienna and Herndon), Loudoun County, the Town of Leesburg, Prince William County, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park - normalized to a common attribute schema and crosswalked to eight harmonized land-use classes, with a DBSCAN delineation of the 31 industrial corridors that hold 74.5 percent of the region industrially zoned land.Produced by the Keystone GIS Northern Virginia Autonomous GIS Research Program.
