ChIP-seq of Stra8-Bound Genomic Regions in Mouse Hippocampus

We performed ChIP-seq for Stra8 in the hippocampus of Stra8-AVI mice using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing platform. Overall design: We performed ChIP-seq on four samples using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing platform. Two samples, one male and one female Stra8-AVI hippocampus, were immunoprecipitated with an anti-AVI antibody. A third sample was generated by pooling hippocampal tissue from one male and one female Stra8+/+ mouse and performing immunoprecipitation with the same antibody. The fourth sample was the corresponding input control from the pooled Stra8 AVI hippocampal tissue.
