MiniMUGA: a new and powerful tool for genetic quality control (GQC) in mouse-based research

Faculty, trainees and staff led by the Department of Genetics and the MMRRC-UNC have collaborated to develop and update the MiniMUGA array as a new and powerful tool for mouse GQC. The work is aimed to reduce false positive rates, support rigorous annotation of markers and incorporation of multiple biological replicates per mouse strain to increase rigor and to account for within strain variation.
