Optimal arterial blood gas tensions for the prognosis of favorable neurological outcomes in survivors after extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Hypocapnia, normocapnia, hypoxia, and normoxia demonstrated no relationship with poor neurological outcomes; whereas hypercapnia and extreme hyperoxia were identified to be significantly associated with poor neurological outcomes after ECPR低碳酸血症（Hypocapnia）、正常碳酸血症（normocapnia）、低氧血症（hypoxia）与正常氧血症（normoxia）均未表现出与不良神经预后的相关性；而在体外膜肺心肺复苏（ECPR）后，高碳酸血症（hypercapnia）与极端高氧血症（extreme hyperoxia）被证实与不良神经预后存在显著关联。
