Data bundle for retained-core ASD microglial remodeling analyses

This record contains the key input objects and derived tables used to support the retained-core discovery, cross-cohort validation, and external bulk-cortex analyses reported in our ASD cortical microglia study. The bundle includes the discovery microglia object, the strict retained-core object, the Velmeshev validation object, frozen candidate/reference gene programs, pooled retained-core pseudobulk differential expression results, and the processed Gandal 2022 bulk-cortex input object used for external validation. Analysis scripts and figure-generation code are archived separately through the linked GitHub/Zenodo software release. An input manifest is included to document the role of each file in the analysis workflow.
