French Open Science Monitor - publications dataset

This dataset contains the publication data underlying the French Open Science Monitor. The website https://frenchopensciencemonitor.esr.gouv.fr provides an overview of the results of the French Open Science Monitor. This dataset lists scientific publications with a French affiliation and a Crossref DOI or a HAL identifier for publications without a DOI. Doctoral theses are also indexed. Each dataset provides its metadata, information about its Open Access status (via the Unpaywall service), its disciplinary field, and information about the detection of mentions of datasets and software in the full text, as well as a large amount of open metadata.
