Serum analysis(raw data) by MALDI-TOF/MS

The following is a collection of raw data obtained from the analysis of serum (blood) samples using MALDI-TOF/MS. The dataset is broadly composed of three parts: 1_MALDI-TOF/MS_Spectra_FigThis folder contains a collection of spectra figures generated by analyzing blood samples using MALDI-TOF/MS. These figures enable pattern analysis of serum using MALDI-TOF/MS and allow visual identification of characteristic spectral features. 2_N-glycan_raw-dataThis folder contains raw data extracted specifically for N-glycan components from the blood samples analyzed via MALDI-TOF/MS. The data are organized in CSV format, allowing direct verification of the analytical results obtained through MALDI-TOF/MS. 3_Serum-protein-raw-dataThis folder contains raw data on proteins, peptides, or fragments detected within a designated m/z range from the blood samples analyzed using MALDI-TOF/MS. The data are organized in CSV format and enable direct confirmation of the analytical results generated by MALDI-TOF/MS.
