10x Chromium library linked read sequences of an adult male Hylaeus anthracinus bee

High-molecular weight DNA was extracted from the whole body of an adult male Hylaeus anthracinus (Smith,1853) (Hymenoptera: Colletidae) bee and used to generate a 10x Genomics Chromium sequencing library. This library was sequenced to 63.9x raw coverage (51.5x effective coverage) on an Illumina HiSeq X Ten. The bee was collected from Kaloko Beach, Waimanalo ahupuaa, Koolaupoko moku, Oahu Island, Hawaii.
