NRS-17643 | Record of all books containing receipt forms for money [Ariah Park Court of Petty Sessions]

This volume provides a record for the Court of Petty Sessions of all their books that contain receipt forms for money; for example, Dog registration receipt books, Sunday trading licenses and application books, Subpoenas, Auctioneers licences, Execution books, and Recognizances, Pages 1 and 9 have the heading “Record of Audits.” Columns for the date of the audit, the auditor’s signature and the number of the last notification checked are provided. Pages 2 to 4 and page 10 are index pages. A description of each book, the Government Printer’s Stock number and the folio number are entered here. Pages 5 to 8 and then the remainder of the book are provided with space to enter the name of each book at the top of the page and the stock number. The rest of each page is divided into columns with the headings: requisition number, date received, commencing number, closing number, date brought into use, officer’s initials, date completed, remarks, and auditor’s signature as to completion or cancellation.
