To explore the ECT1/9-mediated regulatory network in response to Psm ES4326 (AvrRpt2), we performed RNA-seq analysis using the 4-week-old WT and ect1/9 double mutant leaves with the treatment of Mock (H2O) and Psm ES4326 (AvrRpt2). Transcriptome analysis reveals mutation of ECT1 and ECT9 restrict immune genes expression to confer the double mutant a resistance to phytopathogen Psm ES4326 (AvrRpt2).
