This dataset contains integrated graph neural network (GNN) input and output data for human synovial histology analysis in HDF5 format. For each case, the dataset includes:- Spatial coordinates of SLIC tiles- Input node features based on label composition- Graph connectivity- Predicted node embeddings generated by the trained GNN model
