Datasets supporting the figures of the paper "Dynamic nitrogen resorption improves predictions of nitrogen cycling responses to global change in a next generation ecosystem model"

This dataset contains CSV files with model outputs that were used for the figures with plumber sites presented in the manuscript “Dynamic nitrogen resorption improves predictions of nitrogen cycling responses to global change in a next generation ecosystem model”. The file `combined_df_plumber2.csv` contains results from two model configurations with `fixed` and `dynamic` nitrogen resorption under present-day CO2 conditions. The file `combined_df_plumber2_eco2.csv` includes additional simulations with elevated CO2 concentration, labeled as `eco2_fixed` and `eco2_dynamic`.The files represent intermediate data products from which the final quantities shown in the figures were derived through additional processing described in the Methods of the ms.
