This resource contains larger files associated with the study here: https://github.com/avahoffman/urban-weed-genomics. Some of the files here will be necessary if you want to work through all the analyses on GitHub. Genetic Data: polyRAD_output. Contains estimated polyRAD genotypes for all species. Each species' (denoted by two letter abbreviation) genotypes are provided in .rds (polyRAD), .rds (genind), and structure format.polyRAD_output_for_sNMF. Contains estimated polyRAD genotypes for all species, in a format appropriate to go into sNMF.polyRAD_output_MMRR. Contains estimated polyRAD genotypes for all species, in preparation for the MMRR modeling step. Notably, this format treats sites, not cities, as the "population" in order to retain fine-scale GPS coordinate and climate data for the model.Spatial Data: spatial_data.
