Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has been used to study the histone acetylation in Arabidopsis etiolated seedlings under air and ethylene treatment. The goal of this study is to investigate how HAF2 is involved in histone acetylation changes in response to ethylene. Three-day-old etiolated Arabidopsis seedling genome histone acetylation profiling by high throughput sequencing of haf2_ko were generated by sequencing, in 2 replications, using Illumina NovaSeq X Plus
