资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental data supporting the above publication. The study describes a method for immobilising enzymes onto solid supports via dynamic covalent boronate ester chemistry, using alizarin-IDA as a visual tracking dye conjugated to surface-exposed lysine residues. Five enzymes (trypsin, CbFDH, SpLCD, MsAcT, TsRTA) were labelled, immobilised, and assessed for retained activity, degree of labelling (DoL), and operational reusability. The data includes plate reader kinetic time-courses, UV-Vis spectra, calibration curves, HPLC activity data, cycling/reuse measurements, protein quantification (Bradford, BCA), and protein structure files used for solvent-accessible surface area (SASA) analysis.
