Replication Data for: Florida OMMU Weekly Cannabis Dispensation Data, January 2020–February 2026: 319-Week Time Series

This dataset provides a complete weekly time series of Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) statewide dispensation reports, covering January 3, 2020 through February 6, 2026 (319 consecutive weekly releases). Variables include report date, week start and end dates, total qualified patients with active identification cards, total medical marijuana dispensed (milligrams of THC), total marijuana dispensed in a form for smoking (ounces), and derived per-patient daily consumption estimates. Data were extracted programmatically from official OMMU PDF publications using PyMuPDF and independently cross-validated for accuracy. The dataset contains aggregated statewide administrative data only and includes no individual-level or personally identifiable information.
