This data provides an annual view in changes in residential dwellings over each year from 2013 to 2016 within the City of Greater Geelong. Dwelling yield and density are assigned to the original polygon where development occurred. The data identifies any change in the housing stock including demolition or construction. A separate dataset showing vacant land in 2016 is also available. \r\n\r\nAlthough all due care has been taken to ensure that these data are correct, no warranty is expressed or implied by the City of Greater Geelong in their use.
