Gene expression profile of Notch activation and control vSMCs

we isolated vascular smooth muscle cells (vSMCs) from aortic dorsal in mice, and cultured in vitro. The vSMCs were transduced with adenovirus expressed Notch1 intracellular domain and ctrl for 48h, and then subjected to RNA-seq.我们从小鼠背主动脉中分离得到血管平滑肌细胞（vascular smooth muscle cells，vSMCs）并进行体外培养。将vSMCs分别用表达Notch1胞内结构域的腺病毒及对照腺病毒转导48小时后，对其进行RNA测序（RNA-seq）。
