SegTHOR, whose full name is Segmentation of THoracic Organs at Risk, is a medical imaging dataset for segmenting organs at risk (OARs) within the thoracic cavity. OARs refer to the critical organs that must be spared around the tumor during radiotherapy. The OARs included in this dataset are the heart, trachea, aorta and esophagus, which exhibit distinct morphological and visual features. The dataset consists of 60 3D CT scan images, with 40 allocated for training and 20 for testing. The contours of the OARs in the images were manually delineated by experienced radiation therapists.
