In this study, high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) technology was applied to dissect the transcriptome of B. amyloliquefaciens strain XH7.And the transcript structures of B. amyloliquefaciens XH7, including TSSs, and operon structures on a genome-wide scale was analyzed.Furthermore, the obtained TSSs provided candidates for exploring highly active promoters.
