资源简介:
To understand the dynamic physiological changes in host and pathogen that occur during infection, some of which might be driving the ability of C. albicans to trigger macrophage cell death, we performed dual RNA-seq of C. albicans-infected bone marrow-derived mouse macrophages over a time course. We chose three time points corresponding to: (i) early events post-phagocytosis of C. albicans (approximately 1 h post infection), (ii) fungal escape following caspase 1-dependent pyroptosis (approximately 6 h post infection), and (iii) the transition to the rapid Phase II death (approximately 9 h post-infection). Overall design: Analysis of dual RNA-seq in C. albicans
