RNA-seq of liver tissue extracted from mouse hepatectomy models (Control group vs. gelADSC group)

To clarify the difference in the RNA expression between the control group (hepatectomized mice treated with fibrin gel only) and the gelADSC group (hepatectomized mice treated with ADSC embedded in fibrin gel), we extracted RNAs from the liver tissue. We investigated RNAs purified from the liver tissue of hepatectomy model mice. RNAs of the control group, which included hepatectomized mice treated with fibrin gel, were compared with those of the gelADSC group, which included hepatectomized mice treated with ADSC embedded in fibrin gel.
