The effect of nitrite on the intestinal tract of sea cucumber

Through transcriptome sequencing, we aim to investigate the effect of nitrite on the gene expression profile of sea cucumber. The aim is to clarify the dynamic changes in the transcriptome of sea cucumber under exposure to nitrite, and to reveal the mechanisms of its impact on the immune system, metabolic pathways, and growth performance of sea cucumber. Provide scientific basis for the healthy cultivation of sea cucumbers.
