Motility of sperm in testosterone-supplemented Kiss1 KO male mice

Spermatozoa obtained from the caudal epididymis of non-supplemented <i>Kiss1</i>^<i>-/-</i> male mice showed abnormal cytoplasmic droplet and abnormal motility<i> in vitro</i>. On the other hand, spermatozoa obtained from the caudal epididymis of <i>Kiss1</i>^<i>+/+</i> and testosterone-supplemented <i>Kiss1</i>^<i>-/-</i> male mice showed normal sperm morphology and motility<i> in vitro</i>.
