Code and data for: "Revised nitrogen balance for plant photosynthesis and growth in the dynamic global vegetation, hydrology and agriculture model LPJmL (5.10)"

This repository contains the LPJmL5.10 model code, associated data, and evaluation output for the study: "Revised nitrogen balance for plant photosynthesis and growth in the dynamic global vegetation, hydrology and agriculture model LPJmL (5.10)" (Heinke et al., in preparation). It includes the LPJmL version 5.10 model code and the raw model output from both LPJmL~5.9.27 and LPJmL~5.10 used for evaluation. In addition, we provide ILAMB-based evaluation (see https://ILAMB.org) comparing LPJmL~5.10 with the previous version 5.9.27. We also provide the benchmark comparison PDFs for the transient land-use (LU) and potential natural vegetation (PNV) simulations, summarising the global carbon, nitrogen, fire, and water-balance differences between LPJmL~5.10 and LPJmL~5.9.27.
