Fold change values of transcripts in two expression patterns (e.g., upregulation starting midday and gradual downregulation) in the apical (A1-L4) and mature (A5-L8) leaves of R. stricta at different time points of the day (A, morning; F-H, midday & L, dusk) selected for validation experiment along with primer information for semi-quantitative RT-PCR.
