The aim of this study is to evaluate the presence of intratumoral microbiome in 26 human ACC tissues versus 9 healthy adrenals. Overall design: Total DNA was extracted from the biopsies of the subjects, amplified to collect amplicons of variable V3âV4 regions (primers 341F and 805R) of the bacterial 16s rRNA gene and sequenced with MiSeq (2x300bp) Illumina platform.
