scRNA-seq of male mouse aorta collected over the light-dark cycle Male C57BL6 mice were entrained to a 12:12 light-dark (LD) cycle for 2 weeks. Mice were sacrificed at Zeitgeiber times (ZTs) 0, 6, 12, and 18 (2 mice per time point), and whole aorta was dissected. Single-cell suspensions were collected for each aorta, and cells from the same time points were pooled together prior to single-cell RNA-sequencing.光照-黑暗周期下采集的雄性小鼠主动脉单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）数据集：实验所用雄性C57BL6小鼠先于12小时光照与12小时黑暗（LD）周期环境中适应性饲养2周。随后分别在泽其伯时间（Zeitgeber Time, ZT）0、6、12和18点处死小鼠（每个时间点取2只），并分离获取完整主动脉组织。对每一份主动脉组织制备单细胞悬液，将相同时间点获取的细胞混合后，进行单细胞RNA测序。
