scRNA-seq of male mouse aorta collected over the light-dark cycle Male C57BL6 mice were entrained to a 12:12 light-dark (LD) cycle for 2 weeks. Mice were sacrificed at Zeitgeiber times (ZTs) 0, 6, 12, and 18 (2 mice per time point), and whole aorta was dissected. Single-cell suspensions were collected for each aorta, and cells from the same time points were pooled together prior to single-cell RNA-sequencing.
