Description: Two LCBO Quality Assurance Laboratory certificates of analysis for a commercially distributed 100% sorghum malt beer (Bard's Gold), 2017 and 2019: alcohol (4.8 and 4.9% vol), ethyl carbamate, heavy metals (As, Cd, Co, Pb), and an ~18-compound GC pesticide screen — every safety parameter below the limit of quantification on both certificates.
