Clinical dataset for HER2-positive breast cancer analysis This anonymized clinical dataset contains longitudinal data from patients with HER2-positive breast cancer, collected for retrospective analysis. The file includes demographic information (e.g., weight, height, menopausal status), biopsy data, pathology reports, laboratory results, HER2 scoring, treatment parameters, and long-term follow-up (recurrence, survival, and last-seen status). All patient identifiers have been pseudonymized, and no directly identifying data (e.g., names, full birth dates) are included. Data was approved by the ethical review board of the Medical University of Vienna (1723/2019). This dataset supports ongoing work on HER2 testing harmonization and outcomes analysis in accordance with updated ASCO/CAP and ESMO recommendations.
