The project aims to understand the interactions between the weaver ant Oecophylla longinoda (predator) and the wasp Fopius arisanus (parasitoid) two natural enemies of the tephritid fruit fly Bactrocera dorsalis and the impact of their simultaneous presence on the success of the biological control against this redoubtable insect pest infesting mango and other tree crops in Benin.
