This is a prospective study enrolled patients diagnosed with cataeact,18 or older, who prepared and underwent cataract extraction surgery. All the patients after the surgery began the topical treatment and the patients were divided into two groups randomly 1:1 Group A received loteprednol etabonate drops 0.5%. Group B received dexamethasone drops 0.1%. Patients examined 1 week and 4 weeks after the surgery and recorded the following parameters · Intraocular pressure · Anterior chamber reaction · Anterior chamber flare · conjunctival congestion · pain
