This is the genomic variant call format file for the study entitled " <strong>Whole Genome Sequencing of Canadian</strong> <em><strong>Saccharomyces cerevisiae</strong></em> <strong>strains isolated from spontaneous wine fermentations reveals a new Pacific West Coast Wine Clade". </strong>This file contains genomic variant data for 75 S. cerevisiae strain isolated from spontaneous wine fermentations sourced from the Okanagan Valley BC as well as 296 previously sequenced strains from around the globe.
