Agencourt, in association with the Blumeria Genome Sequencing Consortium, sequenced the Blumeria graminis f. sp. hordei isolate DH14 genome at 5X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. The source of the DNA was conidia (asexual spores) of Blumeria graminis f. sp. hordei DH14 that were collected from infected barley; the conidia were not older than 24 hours. They assembled 11533 scaffolds containing 25611 contigs.
