Data content: Raw data of RNA-seq results for rabbits.Experimental animals and groups: Three months old New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups: healthy control group, model control group and model treatment group.Modeling and treatment procedures: The model group received 4 injections of PGE2 solution, once a week, for a total of 4 weeks to induce the model of tendinopathy. The healthy control group was injected with the same amount of PBS solution. After that, only the model treatment group was treated with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound （LIPUS）. Samples were taken after 7 days of treatment for RNA-seq.
