RSK1 is an exploitable dependency in myeloid malignancies Here, we establish a comprehensive RNA-seq dataset of CD14+ cells encompassing 68 patient samples across the spectrum of myeloproliferative neoplasms with normal donor controls. CD14+ cells were bead-enriched from the CD34- sorted fraction from MPN PBMCs and normal healthy donor (bone marrow) to assess gene expression patterns.
