Behavioural and resting-state fMRI data (age, gender, group, attention measure)

The Behavioural data_DSMCI.csv csv file includes all participants of the DSMCI study and information about their age, gender, group assignment and the attentional measure used as primary outcome in the study, top-down control alpha. Alpha is calculated in such a way that higher values indicate more distractibility, i.e. less top-down control and lower values indicate less distractibility, i.e. better top-down control. The DSMCI_group_index_brain_data.txt txt file includes the sequence of participants in the DSMCI study as they were uploaded into the resting-state analysis. For the dual regression stage 2 images, FSL provides one 4D file per component from the group ICA, in which one 3D image corresponds to 1 participant. Image 0 is dataset 0, image 1 is dataset 1... This file provides the group assingment for each dataset. The dual regression stage 2 "dr2" folder provides all images from the dual regression stage 2. These are unthresholded. One 4D file is provided for one component from the group ICA. In each 4D file, one 3D image corresponds to each participant. The sequence of participants is explained in the txt file above. The dual regression stage 3 "dr_stage3" folder provides all images from the dual regression stage 3. These are already thresholded. One 3D file is provided for one component from the group ICA.
