资源简介:
This study aims to investigate the functions of cDLBCL-derived exosomes on cytotoxic T cells among peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in healthy dogs. Through RNA next-generation sequencing (NGS) and bioinformatics. Reveal the differences between the two groups with or without exosomes treatment. It includes the gene function list, protein profiles, the differentially expressed genes, the biological pathways, and the analysis of networks. Harvested canine CD8+ T cells to perform Transcriptome Next Generation Sequencing after co-culturing with 50 ug/ mL lymphoma exosomes for 48 hours. And vehicle controls were parallel treated with PBS. The results include two independent repeated experiments (N=2, N means the numbers of the samples from healthy dogs).
