RNA-seq analysis of RIP of hnRNPQ and PABPN1 from HeLa cells in nutrient-deprived media

RNA-seq analysis was applied in RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) of three independent repeats (hnRNPQ), and two independent repeats (PABPN1) from HeLa cells starved in nutrient-deprived media. Overall design: Transcriptome analysis of RNA bound to hnRNPQ (3 biological replicates) and PABPN1 (2 biological replicates) pulldown with specific antibodies from cell lysates of HeLa cells treated with starvation media (HBSS, 4h). As a control (3 biological replicates), an unrelated IgG antibody was used in the pulldown experiments.
