dbPTM is an integrated resource for protein post-translational modifications . Due to the importance of protein post-translational modifications in regulating biological processes, the dbPTM was developed as a comprehensive database by integrating experimentally verified PTMs from several databases and annotating the potential PTMs for all UniProtKB protein entries.dbPTM是一款面向蛋白质翻译后修饰（protein post-translational modification，PTM）的整合型资源库。鉴于蛋白质翻译后修饰在调控生物学过程中具有核心意义，dbPTM通过整合多个数据库中经实验验证的PTM，并为所有UniProtKB蛋白质条目注释潜在PTM，被开发为一个综合性专业数据库。
