To study the gene expression changes after niclosamide ethanolamine (NEN) treament in neuroblastoma cell, we treated SK-N-BE(2) with 1µM NEN for 24hours. The RNA were extracted from the cells and submitted for RNA sequencing. Proper number of cells were plate in 10cm dish before treatment by DMSO or 1µM NEN for 24h. Each group contain 3 biological replicates.
