GPCR pocketome 2026: Database

This repository contains the dataset for the 2026 update of the GPCR pocketome. The pocketome data itself resides in the pocketome/ directory and includes the SQLite database file as well as coordinate files for receptor structures, co-resolved chemical entities, and detected cavities. The names of the respective directories correspond to the Protein Data Bank (PDB) identifiers. `pocketome_clustering.log` contains the results of the clustering procedure reported in the original manuscript. `db_schema.png` shows the SQLite database ER diagram.
