Learning Deprivation Gap;SEA-PLM for grade 5 using MPL Level 6 for math

Learning Deprivation Gap, that measures the average distance of a learning deprived child to the minimum proficiency level and indicates the average increase in learning required to eliminate learning deprivation. This indicator is calculated based on the data from UNICEF's learning assessment program called Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM). SEA-PLM's assessments are based on the measurement of skills in mathematics at 5th grade, using Minimum proficiency level (MPL) 6 as the benchmark of basic knowledge.
