RNA-seq analysis of the effects of etoposide treatment on transcriptomes of human pre-B, mature B, T and myeloid cell lines. Overall design: We studied 2 pre-B cell lines (NALM-6, 697), 1 mature B cell line (RAMOS), 1 T cell line (JURKAT) and 2 myeloid cell lines (THP-1, U937). Cells were left untreated or treated with 10uM of etoposide for 4 hours. All experiments were done in triplicate, except for the etoposide-treated 697 cells and untreated U937 cells that were studied in duplicate.
