SPONTANEOUS MIGRATION OF A KIDNEY STONE TO SUBCUTANEOUS TISSUE THROUGH NEPHROCUTANEOUS FISTULA

We report an unusual case of spontaneous nephrocutaneous fistula in a 61-year-old patient who was being followed up in our hospital because of kidney stones and recurrent renal colic. At the beginning of 2022, she consulted the emergency room complaining about a right lumbar abscess secondary to the spontaneous migration of one of the stones to the ipsilateral subcutaneous tissue. The stone was eliminated spontaneously through the lumbar wound and its definitive analysis confirmed the urinary origin. We attach three illustrative images showing the radiographic findings of the case.
