This repository contains the complete dataset and metadata used in a bibliometric analysis of mesenchymal stem cell–derived extracellular vesicle (MSC-EV) therapy in breast cancer. MSC-EVs have emerged as promising therapeutic agents due to their tumor-targeting capacity, immunomodulatory properties, and potential for drug delivery. However, the research landscape has not been systematically mapped to date.A comprehensive literature search was conducted in <b>Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed</b> databases covering the period <b>2013–2025</b>. A total of <b>75 original research articles</b> were identified and exported in <b>EndNote (.enl) format</b>. The dataset includes full bibliographic records (authors, titles, journals, keywords, abstracts, citations, and institutional affiliations).The dataset was processed and analyzed using <b>RStudio (v4.4.1)</b> and <b>Biblioshiny</b> for:Annual publication trendsCountry and institutional productivityJournal disseminationCo-authorship networksKeyword co-occurrence and thematic evolutionCitation impact metricsKey findings revealed steady annual growth (12.25%), contributions from 475 authors across 58 journals, and leading outputs from Iran, China, and the United States. Keyword trends showed a shift from mechanistic studies toward translational applications, including <b>exosomes, drug delivery systems, and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)</b>.This dataset provides a valuable resource for researchers, clinicians, and policymakers seeking to understand the current landscape, identify collaboration networks, and explore future directions in MSC-EV–based breast cancer therapy.File FormatEndNote Library (.enl)Metadata text file (.txt)<br>
