This series is Dependent Children's Branch notification slips for Thornbury Lodge.The series are green slips that identify Thornbury Lodge State wards and their foster parents.The green notification slips are arranged numerically by the 'D' receipt number and chronologically by date of notification from the Officer in Charge (O.I.C). There are gaps in the numerical sequence of the 'D' receipt numbers. These are listed below:D15794-15850 - 4/03/1958-27/05/1959D42251-42550 - 5/6/1959-12/01/1962D51851-52150 - 18/01/1962-25/02/1966D76751-77042 - 02/03/1966-17/03/1972.There are a small number of exceptions to this arrangement. There are a few slips with Bidura written on them. These are D receipt numbers: 43184, 62146, 62150, 62177, 62178, 62180, 66565 and all apply to the year 1958. There are also a few slips that do not reflect the numerical chronological arrangement. These are D receipt numbers: 43184, 43304, 51551 and 51552 and have date ranges from 1958 to 1961.The slips contain the following information: 'B' file number, name of ward, date of birth, foster parents name and address, date for O.I.C and district number.

另有少量回执单未遵循数字-时间排序规则，对应的“D”号回执编号为43184、43304、51551及51552，其时间范围为1958年至1961年。
此类回执单包含以下信息：“B”号档案编号、受监护儿童姓名、出生日期、寄养家庭姓名与地址、主管官员签署日期及辖区编号。
