Sequential tilting 4D-STEM

This dataset contains scripts for acquiring sequential tilting 4D-STEM series, tools for analyzing them, and sequential tilting 4D-STEM raw data. DigitalMicrograph scripts are provided for calibrating beam tilt and tilt-induced beam shift, and for setting up sequential tilting 4D-STEM measurements. For data analysis, there are Python scripts for loading sequential tilting 4D-STEM data and a workflow for evaluating momentum-resolved STEM datasets. The sequential tilting 4D-STEM datasets for three different sample orientations (off-axis, systematic-row, and zone-axis) are uploaded alongside the corresponding vacuum references. An example Jupyter Notebook is also provided for performing data analysis on the sequential tilting 4D-STEM datasets.
