PHIDU - Mothers and Babies (PHA) 2014-2018

This dataset, released February 2021, contains mother and babies statistics relating to Low birth weight babies, 2016 to 2018; Smoking during pregnancy, 2016 to 2018; Breastfeeding (modelled estimates), 2014-15; Fully breastfed babies at 3 and 6 months, 2014-15; Children who first ate soft, semi-solid or solid food before 4 months of age, 2014-15. \n\nThe data is by Population Health Area (PHA) 2016 geographic boundaries based on the 2016 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS).\n\n[Population Health Areas](http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/help-and-information/about-our-data/geographical-structures/pha-overview), developed by PHIDU, are comprised of a combination of whole SA2s and multiple (aggregates of) SA2s, where the SA2 is an area in the ABS structure.\n\nFor more information please see the [data source notes](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/current/data/sha-aust/notes/phidu_data_sources_notes.pdf) on the data. \n\nSource: Compiled by PHIDU based on data from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, on behalf of the States and Territories.; Estimates for Population Health Areas (PHAs) are modelled estimates and were produced by the ABS; estimates at the LGA and PHN level were derived from the PHA estimates.; \n\n AURIN has spatially enabled the [original data](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/social-health-atlases/data#social-health-atlas-of-australia-population-health-areas). 本数据集于2021年2月发布，涵盖2016至2018年低出生体重儿、孕期吸烟情况相关的母婴统计数据，以及2014-2015年的母乳喂养（建模估算值）、3月龄和6月龄纯母乳喂养婴儿占比、4月龄前首次食用软质、半固态或固态食物的儿童占比相关统计数据。

本数据基于2016年澳大利亚统计地理标准（Australian Statistical Geography Standard, ASGS）划定的2016年人口健康区（Population Health Area, PHA）地理边界进行划分。

由PHIDU开发的[人口健康区（Population Health Area, PHA）](http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/help-and-information/about-our-data/geographical-structures/pha-overview)由完整的统计区域2级分区（Statistical Area 2, SA2）以及多个SA2的聚合区域组成，其中SA2是澳大利亚统计局（Australian Bureau of Statistics, ABS）划定的地理单元。
